Hints on Acquiring PIO/OCI Cards
All NRIs must prove that they are truly of Indian Origin and for that proof you need Indian Birth Certificates of yours, your parents or grand parents. Any one Birth Certificate will be acceptable.
Indian passports in these cases will be helpful but not enough to obtain the PIO/OCI cards. With PIO card you do not require Visas for 15 years and with OCI card you do not need Visa for a life time.
Your local Indian High Commission will have full list of all documentation requirements, fees details,related benefits and rules of use.
Advantage of Acquiring Apartments or Villas in Goa
Properties prices are rising fast compared to three years ago. In some cases they are doubled, but still cheaper than UK. Furthermore the cost of living is still 4 to 5 times cheaper. Then there is excellent weather and for your day to day survival you can get everything you need as in UK. Goa is different than rest of Indian states and it is by western standard a great retirement or holiday place.

- We can arrange to appoint local lawyer to make initial Sale Agreement and final Legal Title Deeds.
- If required, we will help you with furnishing your Villa or Apartment.
- If you need to purchase any individual Villa or Apartment outside our controlled projects we will get you in touch with experienced agencies in Goa.
- We can provide accommodation in one of our Villas for your stay, the cost of which will be reimbursed if you purchase a property from us.

Cuurently, the values of the Villas and Apartments are cheaper than UK but rising between 30% to 70% per annum in some areas.
