CP Properties and Promotions Ltd (CPPL) in UK is now fully organised to take orders for villas and apartments in Goa for Non Resident Indians (NRI’S) only, as Foreigners are not allowed to buy property in the same fashion in Goa. For simplicity NRI’s are deemed to be classified same as Indian citizens as long as they can prove their Indian ancestry. However, for the foreigners the route of purchasing a villa is procedural but not impossible. We have all the experience of dealing with both types of clients. A lot of new purchasers are worried about authenticity of Title Deeds in buying in a foreign country, especially in Goa. Rest assured on all our properties due diligence on part of our experienced team mean that we can satisfy all your needs without any problem.
All NRIs need PIO or OCI card to purchase and register a property in Goa.

We can arrange for you to visit all our projects. We have a 4 bedroom villa for you to stay and can arrange the whole trip if it’s your first visit. We can get you picked up and dropped off at the Airport. Our own representatives or the Builders will pick you up and spend necessary time with you showing you our sites. We can also help you with transport everyday for sight seeing, shopping, restaurants and spending leisure time on golden beaches of Goa.
Further help in furnishing your property In all our properties we give you a choice of fixtures and fittings. We have our own skilled workforce to provide you the fixtures and fittings of your choice. If required, we can give you assistance in purchasing all the necessary utensils, TVs, microwave, etc to complete your home fit for you to live in.
We take care of your Property
Once the property is bought by you we can help you to look after it while it is unoccupied. We can also rent your property, with others on our book for which we can provide you all details. We try to take away all hassle and worries from you of having a property in a distant land.
We can sale on your property if bought for an investment.
